【国際コース】 3年国際コース 台湾中学校とのオンライン交流イベント

国際コースでの取り組み紹介

国際コース3年生（3J）は、6月8日の火曜日に、「Yonghe 中学校」と交流できました。今回はとある深刻な地球規模の問題について話し合うことができました。そう、コロナウィルスの大流行についてです。台湾は現在ロックダウンの最中であり、生徒たちは自身の考えや経験、そしてこの騒動後への希望について共有してくれました。
お互いの学校が交代でこのパンデミックについて発表をしました。トピックの内容は、自国、街、家や学校におけるコロナウィルスについて、そしてコロナ後の未来についての発表がありました。台湾の生徒たちが特に興味をもった話題は、オリンピックについてでした。
今回のテーマは難しかったですが、生徒たちは考えや意見を上手に英語で表現することができました。
一人の3J生徒に感想を尋ねると、「とっても貴重な経験でした。やることができて本当によかったです」と言ってくれました。

3J Tuesday 8th June

3J students had their chance to connect with our friends in "Yonghe Junior High School." The students this time wanted to discuss a serious Global Issue. The Coronavirus pandemic. Taiwan is experiencing a lockdown and their students wanted to share their thoughts, experiences and hopes for after the virus.
We took it in turns to present about the pandemic, the topics included- Coronavirus in our country, city, our homes, schools and the future beyond corona. A special topic the Taiwanese students were really interested in was the Olympics.
This time the topic was a challenge, but the students could express their thoughts and opinions in English successfully.
I asked a 3J student if she enjoyed the event, she said. "This was such a valuable experience I am so glad we could do it."
