【国際コース】1年生、トルコの高校生との文通交流！

We received a letter from a school in Turkey, where we started a pen pal exchange program this April! The recipients are first-year students in the International Course. The Turkish students are between 15 and 17 years old and attend a school called Mustafa Doğan Anadolu Lisesi in Erzincan, eastern Turkey. The students enjoyed carefully reading the letters they received, checking each other's letters with curiosity, and accessing the social networking accounts mentioned in the letters. The students were very excited about this new exchange with their faraway foreign friends. In the future, we will continue this exchange by writing replies to the letters received and sending them to Turkey. We are looking forward to seeing how the Turkish students will react to the letters written by our students!

今年の4月に文通交流を始めたトルコの学校から、本校の1年生国際コース生徒に向けた手紙が届きました！相手はトルコ東部のエルジンジャン県エルジンジャン市（人口約10万人）に所在するMustafa Doğan Anadolu Lisesiという学校に通う15～17歳の生徒たちです。1学期に文通交流を行っていた2年生がもうすぐカナダへ約2か月間の研修へ出かけて不在となるため、2学期は1年生が文通交流にチャレンジすることになりました。トルコからの手紙を受け取った1年生たちは、自分宛に書かれたマッチング相手からの手紙を受け取り、じっくり内容を読んだり、他の生徒がもらった手紙には何が書いてあるのか興味津々で読みあったり、手紙に書かれていたSNSのアカウントにアクセスしたりと、異国の友達との新たな交流に胸を躍らせていました。今度は本校の生徒が受け取った手紙に対する返事を書き、トルコへ送ることで交流を続けていきます。本校の生徒たちが書いた手紙を受け取ったトルコの生徒たちがどんな反応をするか、今から楽しみです！
