【英語部】Taiwan and Japan Online.

On Wednesday 20th May English Club had their first online chat this academic year with our friends from Yonghe Junior High School, Taipei City, Taiwan. The exchanges took part in small groups, all run by the students, the conversation flowed naturally and easily.
Numerous topics were discussed, but anime and summer plans were two popular topics. It's nice to see how English can connect us with many countries and people from around the world. It truly is a global language.

英語部では、5月20日（水）に、今年度初となる台湾の 新北市立永和國民中學 とのオンライン交流を行いました。交流は、生徒たち自身が進行する少人数グループで実施され、会話は自然に、和やかな雰囲気の中で進みました。話題は多岐にわたり、特にアニメや夏休みの予定が人気のテーマとなりました。英語を通して、母語の異なる海外の生徒たちと交流できた経験は、生徒たちにとって非常に貴重なものとなりました。英語が世界中の人々をつなぐ「共通言語」であることを実感できる機会にもなりました。
