【国際教育】中京大学留学生による授業実習の様子！

ELTE Experience 1st Semester 2026

We had the pleasure of welcoming 15 International Students from Chukyo University to come and take part in an ELTE programme at Chukyo High School. ELTE means- English Language Teaching Experience. The International students came and watched and helped in a lesson with our first grade Team Teaching classes, working with native English teachers and Japanese English teachers. Two weeks later they came back and had a chance to "teach" a lesson, with help from one of the five native teachers as well as the Japanese English teachers. They came from a variety of countries including- the UK, Italy, the USA, Poland, Taiwan, and Germany. This was a fantastic event for our students to experience new cultures, new kinds of English and improve their English skills. It was also a great chance for the International Students to learn about Japan, high school and teaching. By working together, we can improve our English skills and our global knowledge, leading to better relationships around the world.

ELTE Experience 2026年度前期

本校ではこのたび、中京大学から15名の留学生を迎え、ELTEプログラムを実施しました。ELTEとは English Language Teaching Experience（英語教育実習体験） の略称です。

留学生たちは、まず1年生のティーム・ティーチング（TT）授業を見学し、ネイティブ教員および日本人英語教員とともに授業補助を行いました。その2週間後には再び来校し、5名のネイティブ教員と日本人英語教員のサポートを受けながら、自ら授業を担当する機会を得ました。

参加した留学生の出身国は、イギリス、イタリア、アメリカ、ポーランド、台湾、ドイツなど多岐にわたりました。本プログラムは、本校生徒にとって異なる文化やさまざまな英語に触れ、英語力を高める貴重な機会となりました。また、留学生にとっても、日本や日本の高校教育、そして英語教育について理解を深める有意義な経験となりました。

このような交流を通して、私たちは英語力だけでなく、国際的な視野や異文化理解を深めることができます。そして、その積み重ねが世界中の人々とのより良い関係づくりにつながっていくことでしょう。
