【国際コース】1年国際コース 台湾中学校との初オンライン交流イベント

国際コース - 1J "Chukyo to the World"

6月11日の金曜日、国際コース１年生（1J）は、台湾の中学生と交流しました。ビデオ通話（会議）アプリのGoogle Meet を使って、Nangang中学校の40人を超える生徒と先生方とオンライン交流です。
テーマは「紹介」。今回は1Jの生徒にとっては最初の「国際イベント」でしたが、大成功でした！　日本や名古屋、中京大中京高校、和食、日本の音楽などについて英語で発表ができました。みんなとても上手に話せましたね！対して台湾の中学生たちも、自国のこと、住んでいる町、通っている学校や台湾文化について教えてくれました。
台湾の先生はイベントの後、「あなたたちの生徒はとても元気でかわいかったわ。日本の楽しいことや音楽、食事や文化について共有してくれたことがすごくよかった。 」と言ってくれました。
また、1J生徒に終わった後に感想を尋ねると、「すごくいい経験になりました。ありがとうございました！」と答えてくれました。お互いに得るもののあった素晴らしいイベントだったと思います。

今後も国際コースの活動に注目をお願いします！

International English Course- 1J "Chukyo to the World"

On Friday 11th June, 1J had their chance to meet students from Taiwan. We met over 40 students and teachers from Nangang Junior High School in a Google Meet event.
Our theme was "Introductions." This was 1J students first "International Event" and they were fantastic. They presented about- Japan, Nagoya, Chukyo High school, Japanese food, Japanese sports, Japanese music and more. All our students spoke so well. In return our new friends in Taiwan told us about their country, city, school, and Taiwanese culture.
Their teacher told me after the event- "Your students were so energetic and cute , we liked the sharing of attractions , music, food and culture."
As for the Chukyo students, when I asked them how they felt one of the students said- "What a great experience, thanks so much." We believe we both benefitted through this event.
