【国際コース】3年間の集大成！卒業研究プレゼンテーション実施！

Wow.... Super.... Fantastic.... Amazing... Outstanding... Unbelievable... Just some of the words used by the teachers and parents watching the 3J presentations over the last few days.

In November of the 2nd grade, we set the students a mission- "Mission Impossible," but of course this mission was not impossible, just a big, big, big, challenge. Their Mission- "Research, Write and then Present a Research Project."

After 1 and a half years of intensive English study it was time to set the students their final Research Project and their final challenge presentation. We set this project to University Level Research English- a graduation thesis, like students do in western universities. Of course, with guidance and instructions from the Chukyo Teaching Team.
The students have completed their written thesis- 3000 words or more and their thesis presentation 5 minutes or more. They picked and researched their own unique project. Topics included- Discrimination, Fashion, The Food Industry, Self-Driving cars, Elections and more.

We were blown away by the quality of their presentations. Congratulations to all the 3rd grade students for all their fantastic hard work.

7月13日（火）から3日間の日程で、3年国際コースの生徒が卒業研究プレゼンテーションを実施しました！
本プロジェクトは国際コース3年間の集大成としての卒業制作で、2年生の11月から9か月かけてテーマ設定・研究・調査・卒業論文執筆を実施してきました。
本プロジェクト最後の大きな活動であるプレゼンテーション発表では、全員が一人5分の持ち時間で、卒業研究の内容について英語で発表しました。
差別や食品業界、ファッションや自動運転など、学問的なテーマについて研究を行い、大学の卒業論文にも相当するような完成度の高い卒業論文を書き上げ、発表することが出来ました！
国際コース1・2年の生徒たちも先輩たちの発表を見ましたが、「とても難しそうな内容なのにすごい！」「私たちも3年生になったら先輩たちみたいにかっこよくプレゼンテーションしたい！」と目を輝かせて話していました。
3年間国際コースの指導に携わってきた私たち教員も、生徒たちの成長には日々驚かされるばかりです！
今後も成長目覚ましい国際コースの生徒たちの活躍を、積極的にお伝えしていきます。
